3RT series contactor is latest model of Siemens contactor series (3TB, 3TF, 3RU). Combined with the latest model of 3RU thermal overload relay into magnetic starter. 3RU11 overload relays is mounted onto the 3RT1 contactors for protection against overloads. 3RT1 contactor is AC and DC operation according to IEC60947 and VDE0660, it is available with screw connection or with cage clamp connection. An auxiliary contact is integrated in the basic unit of size S00 contactors. The basic units of sizes S0 to S3 only contain the main conducting paths. All the basic units can be extended with auxiliary switch blocks. Cabinet units with 2 NO + 2 NC (terminal designations acc. to EN50012) are available as of size S0; the auxiliary switch block is removable. The size S3 contactors have removable box terminals for the main conductor connections. Ring cable lugs or bars can thus also be connected.
Electric Contactors (C3RT)
C3RT Series AC contactors are suitable for frequency of 50/50Hz, rated insulation voltage up to 690-1000V, rated operational current up to 7A-95A at rated operational voltage up to 380V under the utilization category AC-3. They are mainly used for making breaking electric circuits at a long distance and for frequent starting stopping and reversing control of AC motors. They comply with IEC947, VDE0660, GB 14048.
